Shailesh Kisoensingh holds a MSc. in Petroleum Engineering from Delft University of Technology (The Netherlands). Started in 2015 as a reservoir engineer with Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. within the onshore department and currently working as a senior reservoir engineer within the offshore department. The almost nine (9) years of work experience at Staatsolie can be subdivided into domains such as Petroleum Engineering (Onshore), IOR/EOR (Onshore) and Subsurface Appraisal (Offshore). Currently working from a regulatory perspective on evaluation of appraisal data, with the aim to collaborate with operators through the process of declaring final investment decisions in deepwater blocks offshore Suriname.
