Timothy has over twenty-three (23) years of experience in the Nigerian oil and gas industry with expertise in Strategy Management, Strategic Foresight, People and Organizational Transformation, Regulatory Compliance and Governance (GRC), Government Relations and Affairs, Culture and Change Management, Strategic Project Management, Sustainability and ESG Framework.

In January 2019, he founded StrateDelta Nigeria Limited, a strategy and foresight consulting firm, with the aim of “Using Strategy to Improve Business Value”. 

Timothy had his first degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Eng) and a second degree in Master of Process Engineering (MPE) with Distinction, both in Nigeria. He has two (2) MBAs from Edinburgh Business School (EBS), Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK (with a specialism in Strategic Planning, and Oil & Gas Management). 

Timothy is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Cost Professional (CCP), Strategy Management Certificate (SMC), and Certified Foresight Professional (CFP). He is also a member of the Global Foresight Advisory Council (GFAC) and an alumnus of The Futures School, now TFSX.
