Tim worked for Anadarko Petroleum Corp. / Oxy for 24 years (1996 – 2019) after working in various drilling roles for Tenneco Oil (1981) and Chevron (1989).  He managed diverse teams of drilling and logistics personnel to drill global exploration wells in 17 countries.  He managed the successful installation and utilization of Management Pressure Drilling, Anadarko’s first UDW MPD drilling operations, to reduce NPT from 50% to 15% offshore Colombia.  Tim introduced and successfully utilized Litecrete in Algeria and co-authored of Concrete Developments in Cement Technology, Oilfield Review – Spring 1999.   Currently he is involved in research for Geothermal and Lithium extraction from brine fluids.   

Tim earned a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College and a MBA from St. Thomas University.

Tim was a member (2011–19) of the Global Rig Share Solutions group to discuss deepwater drilling rig requirements/solutions across the globe with 40+/- international operators. Member of the Board of Directors for Colombia Texas Chamber of Commerce (2014-16), Industry Advisory Board at Marietta College (2000-07), and Ocean Drilling Program at Texas A&M (1995-96).  Tim also taught Introduction to Deepwater Drilling course at Marietta College (2014-18).
