Achmed Neijhorst serves as the managing director of Blu Dots Technology. He obtained his degree in 1992 from the faculty of Technical Mathematics and Informatics at the Delft University of Technology. Throughout his career, he has held positions at Ordina Overheid in the Netherlands, KPMG Consultants Curacao, BearingPoint Suriname and i-Frontier Information Technology.

In addition to his role at Blu Dots Technology, Achmed is actively involved in various professional associations. He represents the service sector as a board member of the Suriname Trade and Industry Association. Moreover, he contributes his expertise as a member of the Technology Trends Working Committee Meeting of the Canto and is a member of the anti-corruption commission.

Achmed's reputation as a consultant extends throughout Suriname and the region, where he has successfully undertaken numerous consultancy projects. He is regularly invited to share his insights as a speaker at various seminars. Achmed's advocacy focuses on promoting paperless working, driving digital transformations, the new way of working, and leveraging ICT in education.
