Aini Farhana Mohd Asridin is Head of HR & Corporate Services at PETRONAS Suriname E&P B.V. (PSEPBV), where she oversees human resource management, administration and corporate services for the company’s operations in Suriname. She works closely with leadership on talent, workforce planning, stakeholder management, local content and organizational matters, supporting the business’s growth and long-term people strategy.

With more than 15 years of experience across PETRONAS, she has held leadership roles in people strategy, organization development and workforce planning, with exposure across both Malaysian and international operations. She holds a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) in Information & Communication Technology from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS and brings a strong interest in developing talent, strengthening organizational capability and supporting sustainable growth in emerging markets.
