Since August 2021, Andrew has been Country Chair Suriname.  He joined Shell in 2017 as manager for gas policy and regulatory affairs in the Americas, responsible for fostering gas market development through policy and advocacy.  Prior to joining Shell, he worked in BG Group in various commercial and government affairs roles from 1998 to 2017.  This included 11 years in Brazil where he led engagements with state and federal government to develop technology and sustainability projects.  From 2014 to 2017, Andrew led BG Group's operations in Honduras, responsible for government relations, communications and social performance for the company's exploration venture.
