Mrs Anne-Minne Torkildsen has her MSc in Chemistry from NTNU in Trondheim, Norway in 1991. She started her career within research, but found her way into petroleum industry and worked offshore at the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) for some years. She joined Norwegian Offshore Directorate, NOD (former Norwegian Petroleum Directorate) 21 years ago, and has worked within Fiscal Metering, following up licensee’s on NCS, R&D coordinator, team-leader for the technology-group and emissions to air before joining full time the International team at NOD. She has had country responsibility for Somalia, Iraq and Mozambique, and works currently with Uganda, Ghana, Nigeria and Mozambique
