Mrs. Candace Subero-Bailey currently serves as Manager (Ag.), Gas Business Development at The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC). In this role she manages the company’s business development portfolio, driving initiatives across the upstream, midstream and downstream of the energy value chain, locally, regionally, and internationally to advance NGC’s growth strategy, increase profitability and enhance the company’s position as an integrated energy company.

She holds the substantive position of Senior Commercial Advisor, Gas Business Development within the Commercial Group at NGC.  

A Fulbright Scholar, Mrs. Subero-Baliey, has over 16 years of experience in the natural gas and petrochemical business. She holds a BSC. with First Class Honours in Chemical and Process Engineering from The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, an MSC. in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from West Virginia University and an MBA with a specialisation in Strategy from Heriot Watt University.
