Danielle Valois
Danielle Valois joined the Firm in 1999, became a partner in 2011 and is a member of Trench Rossi Watanabe's Public Law, Government Relations and Regulatory Group.
Danielle serves as co-chair of Baker Mckenzie Global Energy & Infrastructure Steerign Committee and heads the Firm's Oil & Gas practice in Brazil, having extensive experience in advising domestic and foreign clients on legal, regulatory and commercial matters involving the energy sector, including domestic and cross-regional M&As/carveouts, infrastructure development projects, and administrative, judicial and arbitration litigation.
Danielle also works in the formulation and review of corporate governance and compliance policies for companies in the energy sector and actively participates in the continuous process of improving industry regulations. Danielle has been recognized by major legal rankings such as Chambers, IFLR 1000, The Legal 500, Latin Lawyer 250, Who's Who Legal, Analise Advocacia Mulher - Full Service and LACCA Approved.
Danielle is a member of the GRI Global Hydrogen Committee, besides acting as the Executive Secretary of the Brazilian Hydrogen Council and as a member of the Board of Directors of IDG - Instituto de Desenvolvimento e Gestão.
