Mr Small holds an MBA, a Postgraduate Diploma in Natural Gas Economics from colleges in the UK as well as a Diploma in Public Admin from UWI St. Augustine.  Mr. Small has a distinguished career in Energy and Business spanning thirty-plus years. He spent 22 years at the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries; 10 years on the Board of the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago; 5 years as an Independent Senator in the Parliament of T&T; and 7 years as a Senior Executive of a downstream natural gas company.
