Dennis Malkoc
Business Development Manager,
Universal Africa Lines B.V.
Got my diploma and first job in Antwerp, Belgium. Worked for several years in the port of Antwerp before moving to Geneva, Switzerland, where I worked as a broker in petroleum derivatives for just over one year. Moved to Luanda, Angola thereafter where I worked for a full logistics service provider – offering a one-stop shop solution to various Oil and gas clients. Moved to the same company to Abidjan (Cote d’Ivoire), Luanda (Angola - 2nd term) and Takoradi (Ghana). Returned to Belgium when I got the opportunity to work for Universal Africa Lines in Rotterdam. In my current role I travel the world looking for new projects, building a network, choosing in-country partners and checking out port facilities.
