Dina Blades has just under 20 years of exploration experience with Shell. She is a geologist by background and has worked both in mature assets, like Russia and Brunei and greenfield assets, like Myanmar. Her expertise is the first phases of execution of new assets having previously done so in Asia, Central Europe and FSU. Currently she is the Exploration Manager for all Emerging Ventures in Deepwater, which covers a variety of assets mainly in Africa and South America.
