Dina is currently the Exploration Manager for Emerging Ventures Execution; Shells frontier single string ventures, mainly covering Africa, Middle/South America and Eurasia. Currently this includes Sao Tome, Suriname, Uruguay, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, South Africa, Argentina and Mexico. In addition, she holds directorships for Shell’s assets in Africa and South America.  

Dina has 20 years of experience with Shell. She is a geologist by background and has worked both in mature assets, like Brunei and greenfield assets, like Myanmar. Her expertise is the first phases of execution and polarization of new assets having previously done so in similar Exploration Manager roles in Asia and Central Europe and Russia.

She lives in The Netherlands with her husband and two young children. In her free time, she likes visiting museums and cooking with her family.
