Dr. Vishnu Doerga is Chair of ActionINVEST Caribbean, an ISO 9001-certified business education institution focused on strengthening enterprises in Guyana, Suriname, and the wider Caribbean. Through his private-sector leadership, he supports businesses in improving governance, operational discipline, quality systems, leadership, and growth readiness. He has an engineering background and holds a PhD in Management, specializing in Entrepreneurship. He is also the Founder of the Suriname-Guyana Chamber of Commerce and strongly advocates for helping local companies meet international standards.
