Eduard Kidjo has more than 22 years of experience in the banking sector, with expertise in microfinance, SME finance, financial management, and sustainable banking. Throughout his career, he has held various roles in financing, relationship management, compliance, risk management, and strategic banking services, contributing significantly to financial inclusion and entrepreneurship development in Suriname and the Caribbean.

He holds a Doctoral Degree in Business and a Master of Science in Banking & Finance. Eduard has also earned several professional certifications, including Certified Islamic Banker (CIBAFI), and has completed specialized training in IFRS, compliance, anti-money laundering, governance, and responsible finance.

Through active participation in regional and international conferences and training programs, he has developed extensive knowledge of microfinance, sustainable finance, Islamic finance, Agribusiness and SME development making him a strong advocate for inclusive and future-oriented financial solutions.
