Gail is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in project management and leading implementation programs worldwide. She began her career at KPMG in the Netherlands and has since delivered training, coaching, and consultancy projects for international and local organizations with the focus on Strategy, Leadership and Transformation.

In 2016, after 22 years abroad, she returned to Suriname and co-founded Ondernemershuis Paramaribo, connecting businesses in Suriname with partners in the Netherlands and the Caribbean.

Currently, she is one of the managing partners at Organizational Transformers (OTNV), where her expertise includes achieving operational excellence, developing organizational structures, talent management and fostering inclusive and productive work environments.

In 2022, she co-founded the Local Content Alliance and in her present role as CEO she is focused on local content development and professionalizing the SME's in Suriname in anticipation of the oil and gas developments.
