Håkon Skretting is Director of Norwegian Energy Partners. Skretting has some 40 years’ experience from the oil and gas industry in Norway and International. Prior to joining INTSOK (now Norwegian Energy Partners), he held various positions within the Transocean organization: Vice President Engineering and Construction, President Transocean Petroleum Technology AS, and Vice President Technology and Coiled Tubing. Before joining Transocean he served as Technical Manager at the technology company Hitec AS where he was very instrumental in developing advanced automated drilling technologies. Hitec was later acquired by NOV. Mr. Skretting is an Engineer and a Business Manager by profession.
