His Excellency Conrad Enill represents Trinidad and Tobago in Guyana, and Suriname. He is a former Chairman of the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Ltd. Mr. Enill is a former Minister in the Ministry of Finance and Minister of Energy and Energy Industries. He is also a former Lecturer and Practicum Supervisor in the MBA Sustainable Energy Management Program, at the Arthur Lokjack Global School of Business of the University of the West Indies. He holds an MBA from Brunel University and Henley Management College, and a Mini MBA in Oil and Gas from the CWC School for Energy Limited, all based in London.
