As the Co-owner and Co-founder of Superior Tank and Pipe Group N.V. and Superior Tank and Pipe Guyana Inc., Henk has exemplified visionary leadership, drawing on over two decades of experience in diverse industries.

With notable roles at Bhp/Billiton and Suralco in the bauxite mining sector, Henk honed his expertise, particularly in procurement and project management. He commenced his entrepreneurial journey by providing labor supply to the oil & gas, and gold mining sectors, later transitioning to construction and delivering EPC projects to these same sectors, laying the foundation for his companies' success. 

Under his leadership, both entities experienced remarkable growth, expanding from a modest team of 8 to a workforce of 80 within just 12 years. Henk's unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation has been pivotal in positioning his companies as industry leaders.
