Ignacio is a Senior Director at Wood Mackenzie’s Upstream and Carbon Management Consulting Team, based in Houston.

In his current role, Ignacio leads projects focused on portfolio strategy, market entries, and carbon management with E&P companies in the Americas. Previously, Ignacio joined WoodMac in 2019, leading

the opening of the Buenos Aires office. Here, he was the Head of WoodMac’s Andean Region team, which focused on upstream asset valuation, basin analyses, and play benchmarking.

Before joining WoodMac, Ignacio was a Senior Manager at Schlumberger Business Consulting based in Mexico City, leading strategy and operations projects in Latin America and Europe.

Ignacio holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
