Joe has 18 years of experience in crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity, working with multinational energy companies and government agencies. He has served as Incident Commander on Tier 3 Incident Management Teams, led global emergency response training, and managed significant operational incidents. Notably, he facilitated the 2017 MEXUS drill and created solutions for oil spill response and business resilience. Joe has also coordinated mutual aid agreements among oil and gas companies and holds a BS in Ecology and a JD in Law.
