Jop started his career path with Mines Services Suriname N.V, as a production worker.  Jop was appointed as Quality Manager in, 2009. From 2009-2013 he successfully developed, implemented and managed the company’s Quality Management System as a manufacturer, resulting in being a leader in our industry with regards to quality, health, safety and management standards and recurrent certification since 2010. From 2013-2017 he held the role of Operations Manager, being responsible for scaling up the manufacturing process of rigging equipment as per international standards. From 2019 to date he holds the position of Managing Director with the mission to further enhance the company’s growth strategy.
