Juanita Tjon A Loi brings over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with extensive exposure across Upstream Onshore, Nearshore Drilling, Downstream and other project environments. Leveraging her strong Human Resources background, she led enterprise-wide learning and development strategies focused on workforce development, talent management, and leadership pipeline strengthening. Her work consistently drives initiatives that enhance organizational performance and long-term sustainability.

Since January 2026, she has expanded her scope to include Local Content development, actively contributing to national workforce advancement and supplier capacity building.
