Kamla Rampersad-de Silva is the Chief Executive Officer of the Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute (CCGI), where she leads initiatives on improving governance practices across the Caribbean. She is a qualified attorney at law and MBA, having started her career in journalism, and is an MBA graduate of the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business in Trinidad and Tobago. As CEO of CCGI, she works extensively to advise public and private sector organisations on integrating sustainability and risk governance into strategic decision-making. She is a frequent speaker on governance-led development and responsible leadership.
