Kamlesh Baline is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in International Business and a PMP certification, with over 20+ years of international leadership across engineering, supply chain, operations and project execution. He has led growth and delivery for major oil and gas, offshore and industrial projects across India, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and now Latin America & the Caribbean, where he oversees ANI Integrated Global Services’ business and workforce development in Guyana and Suriname’s emerging offshore economy. Combining hands-on project experience with a strong focus on manpower, training and local content, Kamlesh works closely with FPSO operators, drilling contractors, EPC companies and government stakeholders to build high-performing teams and in-country capability. He is passionate about mentoring young professionals and entrepreneurs, helping them navigate technical career pathways, build credibility with international companies and turn Suriname’s offshore opportunity into long-term careers and sustainable business growth.
