Kassandra George currently serves as Managing Director of Comport Operations N.V., the operating arm of the Commewijne Port Facility NV (Comport), where she manages all port logistics operations and strategic partnerships. A BSc in Maritime Operations from UTT and MSc in Transport Management from UAntwerpen, she began her professional career at bpTT (2015) and went into International Management at Peterson Energy Logistics (2016-2023) working for the North Sea and Guyana. She now focuses on the process optimization and performance operations at Comport, identifying training gaps and developing collaborative environments for digitization, knowledge sharing and competency in Suriname.
