Keon Dube
Keon Dube completed his B.Sc. in Petroleum Geoscience at the University of the West Indies (2006) and started his career later that year at a private oil and gas company in Trinidad. He had the privilege of pursuing an M.Sc. in Exploration Geophysics at the prestigious University of Leeds (2009) with a government scholarship. Returning to Trinidad with gratitude, Keon eagerly joined the Ministry of Energy in 2010, wholeheartedly dedicating his expertise to various endeavors. Currently, he serves as the Acting Senior Geophysicist in the Resource Management Division, utilizing over fifteen years of invaluable industry experience and a decade-long commitment as a regulator. Keon takes pride in managing underutilized and open acreage, ensuring their availability for competitive Bid Rounds, and overseeing all Geophysical Multi-client surveys.
