Kimberly Harrington
Kimberly Harrington is a Senior Foreign Service member with 20+ years of diplomatic experience across the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Former Director for Israel and Palestinian Affairs at the National Security Council, she also served as Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy Governance. Her roles include Political and Economic Counselor in Kampala, Deputy Economic Counselor in Bogota, and political-military affairs officer in Jerusalem. Harrington has served in Manila, Cairo, and Tripoli, and as a Middle East advisor during the Arab Spring. She holds a B.S. in International Politics from Georgetown University and a master’s in National Security and Resource Strategy from the National Defense University. Harrington speaks Arabic, Spanish, and Tagalog, receiving recognition for language proficiency.
