Laquisha Lont is Founder and Managing Director of L4 Inc., focused on business development, strategic implementation, and stakeholder engagement. With experience across corporate, nonprofit, and emerging sectors, she has led initiatives in entrepreneurship, youth development, and local content advancement. Known for bridging strategy with execution, Laquisha applies data-informed decision-making to drive sustainable growth and cross-sector collaboration. She serves as Secretary of VSB Young Management and was recently selected as a Country Cluster Member of the Future Leaders Network of the Caribbean Development Bank.
