Leandro Soediredjo is the Deputy Director of Laboratory Studies at the Institute for Natural Resources and Engineering Studies (NATIN-MBO). He holds a degree in Chemistry from the Advanced Teachers Training Institute, which has given him a strong background in both science and education.

Over the years, Leandro has gained valuable experience in education management, operations, and logistics coordination. He is known for his strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as his ability to work effectively with both students and colleagues. His experience includes managing daily operations, lecturing, lesson planning, and supporting the development of quality educational programs.

In addition to his academic qualifications, Leandro earned an HBO+ degree in Operational Management from SECAD, further strengthening his knowledge in management and operations. He has also completed several professional training programs through the Suriname National Training Authority (SNTA), with a focus on improving and advancing vocational education and training.

Leandro is passionate about education and continuous development and remains committed to contributing to the growth and improvement of vocational and technical education in Suriname.
