With over 25 years of experience in the private sector, including + 22 years at Staatsolie Suriname, she has held diverse leadership roles in Audit, Compliance & Governance and Local Content Initiatives. Her expertise extends to Oil & Gas (Production Sharing Contracts) accounting & reporting.

As of 2023, She transitioned to an independent expert role, providing strategic guidance to both local and international partners in the area of Finance, Compliance & Governance, Sustainability and Local Content Initiatives.
