Marciano Li-A-Young is the Chief Financial Officer at Organizational Transformers NV (OTNV) and the Local Content Alliance (LCA) Suriname. As a consultant in the field of Organizational Development, Marciano has delivered training and keynotes in over 20 countries on the topics of leadership and management development, organizational development, and change. In addition, Marciano heads a group of small businesses within different industries, including trade & retail, electrical engineering, project management for fuel storage tank maintenance and repairs, and IT infrastructure, with projects delivered for clients in the O&G industry in Suriname, Jamaica, and Guyana. From 2019-2021 one of his companies supplied manpower (Utility Stewards) for the Noble Sam Croft.

Marciano has a Master's Degree in Enterprise Management from the Arthur Lock Jack Global School of Business at the University of the West Indies and is currently pursuing his MBA in Oil, Gas & Energy Management.
