Marcus Cyrus has 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He began his career at Weatherford in 2010 in Business Development. Today, he serves as the organization’s Regional Director for the Caribbean, leading operations & sales, accountable for commercial veracity whilst communicating the oil, gas and new energy segments within the region.

He has successfully led the optimization of the company's operating capabilities, managing sales & marketing initiatives. At present, his strategies and metrics for overall operational and commercial financial management and defining E&P solutions has brought innovation across the Caribbean Energy Landscape.

He has a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering and a Master Degree in Marketing from the University of the West Indies.
