Dr. Maria Beug-Deeb is a successful entrepreneur and founder of T&M Associates, a technical and marketing consulting firm. With 30 years of diverse industrial experience across continents, she specializes in local content/value addition and SME programs that drive investment, employment, and economic diversification. Her company developed and executed the leading edge Enterprise Development and Training Program in Azerbaijan, which became the basis for the In-Kingdom Total Value Add (iktva) program at Saudi Aramco. Dr. Beug-Deeb's expertise spans oil and gas, chemicals, agriculture, renewables, IT, and infrastructure, with a track record of successful engagements worldwide.

Dr. Beug-Deeb has a PhD from Texas A&M University and has served on several professional committees, as well as mentoring young professionals.
