Maria is a Partner in the Strategy and Transactions practice and is leading the Sustainability Services for EYC. She has assisted clients in her 20 year history at EY with organic and inorganic growth strategies . Maria spent most of her earlier years in the transaction space but her focus in the last few years has been on strategy development and execution and digital transformation. More recently she is assisting both government and private sector clients with their ESG agenda ranging from strategy and policy making to implementation of decarbonization of their footprint and reporting. Maria and her team have been conducting many Education sessions in board rooms Maria forms part of the Sustainability and Global Climate Finance Teams and works with many global offices across EY to help deliver solutions to the Caribbean.

An avid hiker, Maria is passionate about the environment but has worked for many years with Entrepreneurial companies and Entrepreneurs and therefore is serious about balancing people planet and profit for a better working world.
