Matt graduated from the University of Manchester with a BSc in Geography and Geology before obtaining a MSc in Petroleum Geology from Oxford Brookes University in. After graduating, Matt worked for Fugro, before joining TGS where he was responsible for projects in Canada, Brazil and Africa. In 2014, Matt joined PGS as Africa Coordinator before becoming Angola New Ventures manager and Chief Geologist for Africa. Matt joined TROIS Geoconsulting in 2020 as VP Business Development, in this role he develops seismic, airborne and seabed sampling projects throughout Africa and South America for partners including Shearwater, BGP, GeoPartners, Xcalibur, Geofizyka Torun and TDI Brooks.
