Mauro Pagan is a Technical Support Manager with 30 years of experience in the Upstream and Downstream Oil & Gas industry. He has held leadership roles across engineering, operations, base business, Non‑Operated Joint Ventures (NOJV), supply chain, and strategic planning, including international assignments in the United States. He holds degrees in Civil Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Management, and a Supply Chain Management certification from Arizona State University. In addition to his role at Chevron, Mauro contributes to industry associations as ASME Chair for Brazil OTC and member of the SPE Brazil FPSO Symposium Technical Committee.
