Melanie Chen is the Founding Chair of CEC.  She is the Founder of the Caribbean Initiative and Board Member at the Atlantic Council, a foreign policy think tank based in Washington DC.  She was previously a Managing Director in the Global Energy Group at Morgan Stanley based out of London and has significant experience in capital raising (both debt and equity) and mergers and acquisitions.  She has a MEng (First Class) in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine.
