Michael McNulty

Regional Managing Director for Central America and Caribbean , U.S. International Development Finance Corporation

Michael McNulty is the DFC’s Regional Managing Director for Central America and Caribbean, based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Michael has over seventeen years of transaction experience at DFC, working on transactions in Latin America, Eastern Europe, West Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa. He previously worked in Colombia and Brazil and was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nicaragua. Michael has a BS from Creighton University and an MBA from George Washington University. Michael leads transaction development throughout the region, including direct loans, bond and bank guaranties, political risk insurance, investment funds, and equity investments. He is currently developing a regional pipeline of projects across infrastructure, healthcare, agribusiness, and energy generation.
