Michael is a Partner/Principal at EY‑Parthenon and a senior leader in the firm’s Digital Infrastructure practice with over 15 years of experience advising investors, operators, and public‑sector clients across data centers, wireline fiber, wireless infrastructure, and digital infrastructure derivatives. He played a foundational role in building EY‑Parthenon’s Digital Infrastructure platform in the U.S. and previously served as EY Americas Telecommunications Leader.

Michael advises operators, private equity / infra funds, corporates, and government entities on commercial due diligence, growth strategy, transformation, and post‑transaction value creation across the full digital infrastructure asset lifecycle, integrating commercial, technical, and operational perspectives to support complex investment and strategic decisions.

He is based in New York with global project experience across North America, Latin America, Europe, and other regions. Michael built EY-Parthenon’s initial endeavor into Digital Infrastructure, which is now a global, dedicated practice.
