Michiel Heuven is Vice President, Key Accounts at SBM Offshore, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry. He joined SBM Offshore in 2011 as a Project Manager, gaining extensive international project experience before moving into Operations Readiness and Operations Management in 2015. In 2018, he became Head of Operations for North America & Guyana, overseeing growing regional activities. Since 2022, he has held key commercial leadership positions, including Global Operations Commercial Manager and VP Business Development. Before SBM, Michiel managed major oil and gas construction projects at Keppel shipyards worldwide. He holds a Naval Architecture degree from Hogeschool Inholland.
