Miguel Pengel is the founder of Pardus Consulting, an asset management advisory firm serving a global client base across energy and heavy industry. A Registered Professional Engineer (Australia) and Certified Asset Management Assessor, he specialises in reliability engineering, maintenance strategy, and safety-critical systems. Miguel holds a Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering degree and a Master of Applied Finance from the University of Queensland. His career spans reliability, mechanical, statutory, and project engineering roles with Glencore, Hitachi, and Rio Tinto across mining, smelting, and power generation operations.
