Mohd Redhani Abdul Rahman is the Vice President of International Assets at PETRONAS, overseeing the company’s global upstream portfolio and driving international growth. Since joining PETRONAS in 1997 as a geology graduate from the University of Glasgow, he has held key technical and leadership roles across Malaysia, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Iraq, and beyond. Redhani has led major exploration successes, including billion-barrel discoveries in Malaysia and breakthroughs in Suriname. He also pioneered Malaysia’s first multiclient seismic program and helped secure PETRONAS’ entry into strategic international basins. His career reflects a blend of deep technical expertise and visionary leadership in global energy development.
