Naomi Esajas-Friperson

Deputy Director of the Labour Market, Ministry of Health, Welfare and Labour, Suriname

Naomi Esajas-Friperson is currently Deputy Director of the Labor Market at the Ministry of AWJ, where her main task is to develop, implement, and monitor labor market policy in collaboration with national and international actors.

She began her career in the Labor Market Development unit, after which she held the position of Head of Labor Statistics.

She completed her doctoral study  in Public Administration at the Anton de Kom University of Suriname. She also completed the MO-A Spanish study at the Teacher’s college
