Niek Foley is the Regional Manager for IHRDC, based in IHRDC’s European office in The Netherlands. He is responsible for client management and support with IHRDC’s greater European e-Learning, competency management, training program and simulation workshop activities. Niek also plays a key role in IHRDC’s Eastern Hemisphere regional business development. He is currently managing several of IHRDC’s major competency development projects in Spain, Pakistan, and Iraq. Niek graduated with a Degree in International Business and Management from the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences in The Netherlands, and as a native Dutch speaker, Suriname is one of Niek’s primary areas of interest and focus.
