Patrick is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for South America. Based in OPITO’s Centre of Excellence in Rio de Janeiro, Patrick leads the development of strategic relationships with governments, national and international operators, and industry bodies across South America. Drawing on his cross-cultural background and proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, Patrick works closely with stakeholders to enable safer and competent operations workforce development through application of OPITO standards and frameworks.
