Penelope Bradshaw Niles
Ms. Penelope Bradshaw-Niles is the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries. She has over twenty-five professional years of experience in the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries and the public service of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
Ms. Bradshaw-Niles holds a BSc. in Chemical Engineering, an MSc. in Engineering Management from the University of the West Indies and an MBA in Petroleum Management from the University of Kansas.
At the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries, her portfolio includes responsibility for petroleum, minerals and renewable energy. In her present capacity as Permanent Secretary, Ms. Bradshaw-Niles continues to manage the overall performance management of the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries and is the Chair of the Cabinet appointed CCUS Steering Committee, Executive Board Member of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum and Chair of the Minerals Advisory Committee
