Speakers

Rishano is a final-year Geoscience student at Anton de Kom University of Suriname and currently interns as a Reservoir Engineering intern at Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. He is actively involved in both the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG). As Team Captain of the AdeKUS SPE Petrobowl Team, he led the team to victory at the 2024 SPE Petrobowl Latin America and Caribbean Regional Championship and a third-place finish in 2026. In 2025, he participated in the Halliburton’s Knowledge exchange program in Rio de Janeiro focused on innovation and development within the oil and gas industry.
