Robert Pancham is the C hief Operations Ocer at the N.V. Energiebedrijven Suriname (EBS). Prior to this he has lead the electrical engineering department within the Project Engineering Division at EBS.

Robert has joined the NV Energiebedrijven Suriname 20 years ago. Robert started his career at the Transmission Operations of the utility company where he was responsible for the operations, maintenance and engineering and execution of expansion projects. Since 2011 he has been leading the electrical engineering department and from this role is responsible for the engineering of the EPAR grid system. He has been involved in numerous capital projects regarding the transmission system upgrade as well as studies about the electricity system and sector. His eld of expertise is network studies, planning, engineering and project management.

Robert received his BSc in Power Engineering with cum laude from the Anton De Kom University. He further holds a MBA degree in management and accounting, with distinction from FHR institute. He has a Master of Engineering degree in Transmission and Distribution from the Gonzaga University, Washington.
