Roberto Di Silvestro is COO of Saipem America and Offshore Area Manager for North America, Central America, Guyana, and Suriname. He is based at Saipem’s Headquarters for North America in Houston, Texas.

A Professional Engineer licensed in Italy, formerly the Managing Director of Saipem in Brazil, Roberto has comprehensive experience in the execution, technology and commercial aspects of global EPC(I) Oil & Gas deepwater projects and operations.

Roberto holds a BS and an MS in Aeronautic Engineering from the Politecnico University of Milan, Italy.
