Rodolphe Lugol holds a B.Sc. in Mechanics from Ecole Catholique des Arts et Métiers and a M.Sc. in Geosciences, Drilling & Surface Engineering from the Institut Français du Pétrole. Rodolphe started his career as a Driller and then held several Reservoir Engineering positions in Nigeria in Qatar and in Indonesia. In 2010 he returned to TotalEnergies Head Office as a Petroleum Architect on Deepwater developments, focusing on the Brown Fields’ Development in Angola and, from 2013 to 2017, he took the position of Development and Planning for Total E&P Indonesia, based in Balikpapan. In 2017, Rodolphe was appointed Deputy Vice President and Manager Developer then Acting Vice President of the Unconventional Product Line to Support the Operations and Development of TotalEnergies’ Unconventional Assets in Argentina, US, Australia, China, UAE, Congo & Oman. From September 2020, he oversees Business, Development and Relations with Authorities and Partners within TotalEnergies E&P Suriname as Vice President.
